If you can't find the time to get to classes or perhaps you just need more Consistency, we have 3 workouts each week and you can do them LIVE in the group or catch up at your convenience 🙌🏻 all workouts are suitable for everyone and none are ever the same.
We focus on strength and cardio and break them down into chunks so you'll feel the burn, enjoy what you're doing all whilst staying consistent to your needs and gaining strength and resilience 🩷
You get 12 workouts each month and it costs £25, so that's just over £2 a workout 😍 amazing huh!
